Are you a woman interested in learning more about the incredible way God designed your body to work? Would you and/or your teenage daughter(s) benefit from a greater understanding of your cycle and how it interacts with your emotions, diet, fertility, and physical symptoms on a day-to-day basis? Are you married or preparing to be married and want to avoid chemical birth control? This Saturday Seminar will give a helpful introduction to "Fertility Awareness" for any woman in the child-bearing years. The main part of the seminar will focus on how God designed the female cycle to work and how that impacts our lives; this part of the seminar is appropriate for teenage through adult women. After this part of the class ends, younger women in attendance will be dismissed, and an overview of how FAM can be used for "natural family planning" will be discussed. This seminar is not meant to be an exhaustive, in-depth course on fertility, but rather an introduction/overview and a place to gather more information and be pointed to more detailed resources. It will be helpful to women first learning about their fertility, as well as married women who may already be practicing "Natural Family Planning" but would like to refresh their memories or refine their understanding.
